“I really enjoyed working with Liz, she was very friendly and easy to talk to and gave me some great insight into how to move forward with my career. I felt very motivated after our meeting.”
Rebecca, Assistant Accountant
My 12-week programme has been curated using research into best practice in career evaluation and transition and is supported by my own experience as a life and career coach.
It aims to take you on a path from dissatisfaction in your present career and not knowing what your next step might be, to having a clear vision of a career that is absolutely right for you, and a plan for how to create it.
The framework includes guided meditations and interesting and engaging exercises that bring out your innate creativity and resourcefulness and direct it to discovering the right next step in your working life.
“Liz gave me so much to think about including what does my ideal life look like, what are my core values, what are my favourite skills, my strengths, and motivators. Through these exercises I really started to realise what the balance as I wanted in life, and this really helped me to figure out the career path most suited to me. Liz challenged my way of thinking and made me realise I can have the career I want, and I don’t need to chase or stick to a career path I no longer enjoy. She reminded me that I can go after the careers I want and showed me how to achieve this.”
Stephanie, Finance Administrator
